New for 2012 is a lovely farmhouse fitted kitchen and stable back door.The lounge boasts a striking inglenook fireplace with cast iron stove, an antique piano, a 32inch LCD TV, a DVD player and a leather 3, 2 and 1 seat sofa set. It is a perfect room to socialise, unwind, read a book, or play the piano.A travel cot with bedding, a high chair and changing matt are provided as is a range of reading and cookery books.A master bedroom with king size sleigh bed, a double bedroom and a triple bunk room, with double lower and single upper are located on the first floor. Next to the bedrooms is a large bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.All beds - including monogram duvets and top quality mattresses - are made up ready for your arrival.The Farmhouse is centrally heated with new radiators in every room.The kitchen opens onto a safe enclosed garden with furniture, parasol and a selection of childrens toys. Next to this is a large courtyard and seven acres of open land with swings - all set well back from the road.During summer our small friendly caravan site is perfect for children to play, take part in games and meet new friends.Prices range from £280 to £750 (discount available to smaller parties).The Cottage - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 (Only available July & August)Tan Llan cottage is situated to the side of the farmhouse and offers stunning views to the sea.Entry is through a galley kitchen which has all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer,electric cooker and gas hob. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large homely lounge with a dining area. The lounge has a comfy 3 piece suite, a tv, dvd and coal effect electric fire. A travel cot with bedding, a high chair and changing matt are provided as is a range of reading and cookery books.Sleeping accommodation consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, a twin room with 2 single beds and a single room with adult size bunk beds. Bathroom with over bath shower.Gas central heating throughout.The dining area opens onto a safe enclosed garden with furniture, parasol and a selection of childrens toys. Next to this is a large courtyard and seven acres of open land with swings - all set well back from the road.Price for summer holidays is £650 (discount available to smaller parties).Caravan & CampingTan Llan also offers touring caravan and camping facilities, including 20 hookups and a shower block.During summer our small friendly caravan site is perfect for children to play, take part in games and meet new friends.We are open from the end of March/April to October.We welcome Tents, Touring Caravans, Mobile Homes, Trailer Tents and Caravanettes.Our pricing policy is based on both the size of unit and the number of adults and children. The rolling and often dramatic landscape of Llyn runs down into sweeping sandy beaches, hidden coves and rocky cliffs along a coastline of nearly 100 miles which has a charm unique to this corner of Wales. A walk up one of the hills of Llyn offers spectacular views across Cardigan Bay to the south, Anglesey to the north and even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland to the west. Plus there's always a cosy pub or tea shop to relax in afterwards!DirectionsThe 2 main roads entering the Llyn Peninsula are the A499 from the North accessed via Bangor and Caernarfon the A497 from the south accessed via Porthmadog.Travelling by road to Tan Llan from Bangor we recommend you take the A499 as far as Y Ffor (4 Crosses) then take a right at the crossroads following the B4354 in the direction of Nefyn. When you come to the T junction take a right onto the A497 again direction Nefyn. At the roundabout go straight over onto the B4412 direction Morfa Nefyn. At the T Junction take a left onto B4417 passing Edern. As you enter Tudweiliog Tan Llan is the first left about 500m after the Tudweiliog sign.Traveling by road from Porthmadog we recommend you take the A497 as far as Pwllheli. Pass through Pwllheli – (left at 1st roundabout, then second left passing the train station on your left,straight through the 2 roundabouts). Follow this road to the next roundabout then take a right direction Nefyn. Stay on this road until you come to another roundabout. At the roundabout go straight over onto the B4412 direction Morfa Nefyn. At the T Junction take a left onto B4417 passing Edern. As you enter Tudweiliog Tan Llan is the first left about 500m after the Tudweiliog sign.
