Table Rock Lake RV Resort

Well established RV Park within walking distance to Table Rock Lake and Corp of Engineer's Aunt's Creek Recreation Area. 23 FHU sites on 8 acres. Newly resurfaced 20,000 gallon pool. Includes bath house and laundry facilities. Also both covered and uncovered boat storage area. The 9 enclosed boat storage units are 9x25 and stay rented all year. The outside storage is a large lot for RVs, boats, and overflow parking for guests. We have owned for 3 seasons. We are leaving the park open this winter for additional income for 2024. In 2022 and 2023 we were only open for 7 months. Could easily be open all seasons. We have made many improvements, and the park is in very good operating condition. In 2023 we had a mix of seasonal and nightly reservations plus boat storage income. There is room for expansion and growth. We are selling for medical reasons.
