Swanley House is an advanced booking CL set in approx. 2.5 ac of land with open views across the local countryside.This is a quiet rural site but has excellent access to the various attractions & amenities within a 20 mile radius. The site provides an ideal base for those wishing to relax or engage in recreational sports such as fishing, walking & cycling. (see “things to see & do”)Excellent local Pub serving quality food - approx. half a mile.The CL Site is level and laid to short / mown grass & provides the standard CL services – Chemical closet disposal & rinsing point / Grey Water waste points / Separate Drinking water taps / Re-cycle waste points / battery re-charging etc.

Mains electric hook-up has been installed.Access to the site is via a 15ft field gateway off Swanley Lane.There is an unfenced landscaped pool on site & all visitors are responsible for their Children’s & personal safety whilst on site. The pool contains small course fish which still need to mature. There is however good local course Fishing on the Llangollen canal which runs behind the site. Day tickets are available from the Bank warden. There are several other day fisheries nearby.Well behaved Dogs & pets (inc. responsible owners) are most welcome to our site, however all pets must be exercised off site.
