About this campground
This Florida gem sits as a peninsula with and large water basin that feeds directly into the Historic Suwannee River. Lots of floating docks and ez-docks for docking boats. Most sites are shaded with ancient oak trees. 48 waterfront sites and 30 large pull-through and back-in interior. All sites offer a cement slab, picnic table and firepit. Ungraded electrical throughout offering 50/30amp service. City water and septic sewer. Premium lots (some for motorhomes), with large pads, walkways to a private over the water deck and rocking chairs. There is a covered community deck and open deck with furnishings for all to enjoy.

Fenced dog run with covered seating for owners, dog wash with hot/cold water and blow-dryer. Men and women's bathhouse with hot and cold air. Upgraded laundry room with new Speed Queen washers and dryers. Clubhouse with kitchen, dining area and living room. Large warehouse for storage, 9 site built storage sheds. Park is licensed for 85 sites and there is room for the expansion. Huge double wide mobile home used for offices and could also double for management living quarters. Sit and relax while enjoying the Old Florida feel and viewing manatee, turtle, alligators and many species of birds. Fish from the docks in the basin for bass and perch. This is a family-owned park and the past 6 years the owners have taken the income to put back into the park for septic, electric and all forms of upgrades. Open boat and RV storage area. There are other RV Parks, then there is the Suwannee River Bend RV Park.
