About this campground
Sunndalsford Hytter and Camping is peacefully located by the Tingvollfjorden - Sunndalsfjorden, with a great view of the fjord and mountains. An ideal starting point for experiencing most of what Romsdal and Nordmøre have to offer. The cabins are separated by themselves towards the river. The campsite with 15 pitches is right down by the fjord on the opposite side. Here is a pitch on grass and gravel, with access to a toilet, kitchen and shower. Fishing and boat hire: Here you can hire a boat with a motor for fishing trips and pleasure, or you can bring your own boat. You can also fish from shore.

Water activities: It may be possible to go water skiing this summer, but this must be agreed in advance. Horse riding: We also offer horse riding, tours and on the track. Here you will find everything for those who want to climb the highest mountain peaks and for those who want to go cross-country skiing there are many illuminated trails. Within a short drive you will find the King and Queen, Fløtatind and Skjorta. The church roof, but the closest ones are Trolltind and Blånebu on Meisalfjellet Fredsvika is, as the name suggests, a peaceful spot suitable for those who want peace and quiet. Our guests return year after year and we have a relaxed atmosphere. Here you can walk for miles on quiet forest roads and paths alone for hours or you can visit well-known hiking destinations in all directions. For nature lovers, this is paradise. Close to the campsite are our two rental cabins, to find more information about them here; Salmon cabin (max. 7 people) and Rådyr cabin (4-5 people). We also rent out the cabin at Fredsviktjernet just below Blånebu. Here you can fish for trout as much as you want, including boat.
