Truth or Consequences, this Old Western town is full of History from Apache Indians, Geronimo and Miners up in the Gila looking for Gold! Geromino used to soak in the Hot Springs in this town back in the late 1880’s. This funky cool town is located on the banks of the Rio Grande in Southern NM. The weather is great here and there the State’s largest lake that provides excellent boating, fishing and camping, Elephant Butte State Park! On Holidays this area can get over 100,000 people! This property has 3 acre feet of those healing waters, Hot Springs Mineral Water, ready to be taped for a bath house.
