Inclement Weather 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended during winter for snow or ice. The Cove is accessible year-round, but no refunds are provided for weather-related issues. Pet fees vary by size and require prior approval. Important Note on Bears Bears may be seen around the property. Lock vehicles, never leave food outside, and do not attempt to pet them. Pool Access: The community pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day, weather permitting. There is no lifeguard, towels are not provided, and no pool pass is required.
