Camping Am Strandbad is a campsite located in Waldbreitbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, nestled by a river/stream. It's situated in Mannheim's most beautiful forest/nature park, right on the banks of the Rhine. The campsite is open from March/April to October. The campsite is conveniently located just 150m from the nearest bus stop, and the city centre is only 6.6km away. It's easily accessible by bus, tram, or bicycle. The well-developed bike paths lead right through the nature reserve along the Rhine. Depending on traffic, the SAP Arena and the Maimarktgelände are about 10 minutes away by car, or can be reached comfortably by public transport.

The campsite's quiet location and pebble beach for sunbathing contribute to a relaxing stay. Excursions in the nearby area are also possible. The campsite offers a family-friendly atmosphere due to its manageable size. All pitches have a 16A power connection. Facilities include three sanitary facilities, individual washing cabins, a dishwashing and cooking kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and the option to exchange gas bottles. There is also a disabled-friendly sanitary facility. From the 2018 season, we also provide WiFi (Wlan) for our guests on site. Camping Am Strandbad has pitches with and without shade. It also features a playground and a sports ground. For sporty holidaymakers, the campsite offers various cycle routes. Swimming is possible nearby in the river/stream.
