## Cancellation, Changes to Length of Stay & Refund Policy If you would like to reserve a campsite for 28 days (one month) or longer, you can start placing reservations online from January 15, 2026 at 9:00am CST. For reservations for less than 28 days (one month), you can start placing reservations on February 1, 2026 at 9:00am CST. ** Please note that some electrical sites can only be booked for a maximum two weeks(14 days). All electrical sites must be reserved through letcamp.ca. There are seventeen (17) non-electric sites that cannot be reserved but can be rented on a "first come, first serve" basis upon arrival at St. Brieux Regional Park. Group Camping must be reserved through e-mail only. Marina Reservations must be reserved through e-mail only. Reservations are held until noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date. If you do not notify the Park directly of a late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled, all reservation and camping fees will be forfeited, and the Park will have the right to give the site away to another camper. All cancellations/changes to bookings and refunds must be in accordance with St. Brieux Regional Park’s Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policies as stated below. The set reservation fee is non-refundable ALWAYS . A $30.00 change fee or a $50.00 cancellation fee as outlined below, will be added to any changes or cancellations of bookings. Refunds are **NOT** given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor bans, car trouble, or getting lost. Cancellations or changes to bookings: 1. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 114-night stay with a minimum 30 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. 2. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 114-night stay with a minimum 14 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 50% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. 3. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month) stay with a minimum 7 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. 4. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month)stay with a minimum 2 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 75% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. 5. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 28-night (one month) stay with 0 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 50% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. 6. For a cancellation of a booking with a minimum of a 2-night stay with a minimum 2 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the $50 cancellation fee and the set reservation fee. If you cancel with less than 2 nights' notice, no refund will be awarded. 7. For a change to your booking with a minimum of 114- night stay with a minimum of 30 days notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee. 8. For a change to your booking with a minimum of 114- night stay with a minimum of 14 days notice, you will receive a refund of 50% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee. 9. For a change to your booking with a minimum of 28- night (one month) stay with a minimum of 7 days notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee. 10. For a change to your booking with a minimum of 2- night stay with a minimum of 2 nights notice, you will receive a refund of 100% for cancelled days minus the $30.00 change fee and the set reservation fee. **Rules of the Park & Golf Course** All rules of the Park and Golf Course must be obeyed at all times. By using this site and agreeing to these Terms you are agreeing to follow all rules and regulations of the Park and Golf Course while using the Park and Golf Course. Failure to obey and follow these rules in full may result in eviction from the Park and Golf course with no refunds to be given. Rules and Regulations are posted on this website, throughout the Park and Golf Course and below. These rules may change or be added to without notice, please read them often. 1. Every vehicle that enters the park must have a Saskatchewan Regional Park Pass. These passes must be displayed in clear view for park attendants to see. Passes must be shown at gate house upon entry into park every time. 2. Every boat that enters the park must have a boat pass. These passes must be displayed in clear view and shown upon request of any park employee. 3. Every golf cart that enters the park must have a golf cart pass. These passes must be displayed in clear view and shown upon request to any park employee. 4. Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. 5. Main Gate is locked between 8:00pm and 8:00am. Only registered campers are permitted in the park between these hours. Access cards are available at the Gatehouse for campers to rent. 6. Do not lift or tamper with the security gates. Persons caught lifting, trying to lift, or tampering with the security gates will be evicted without refund 7. Reserved sites will be held until noon of the day after your arrival date unless prior arrangements have been made, after which the park reserves the right to rent the campsite to another guest. 8. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Please contact us ahead of your arrival date to request an early arrival or notify us by 10:00am on your departure date if you need a late departure. If approved, a $20.00 fee may be applied. 9. Daytime visitors are welcome to use the picnic sites but omly designated campsites are for the use of overnight guests. Please contact the gatehouse to register for overnight camping. 10. Speed limit is 15km through most areas of park and 10km in the beach area. Please drive slowly and safely, obeying all signage. 11. No open fires allowed anywhere on park property. Please use fire pits provided. 12. No cutting of trees or shrubs. Wood can be purchased at the Gatehouse for $8.00 per bundle (about 1 cubic foot). 13. Pets are permitted but must be on a leash. Please clean up after your pets. 14. Don’t invite a thief! Please keep your camping equipment locked in your vehicle/trailer when not in use. Don’t let a dishonest camper spoil your stay. 15. Fish filleting is strictly prohibited in all areas of the park except in the Fish Filleting Shack. Please follow all rules of use for Fish Filleting Shack. Please keep door closed to keep flies out. 16. No fishing off shore. No fishing off marina docks or boat launch docks. No fishing in swimming areas. 17. Vandalism, rowdiness, or untidiness will not be tolerated on these premises. 18. No boats allowed in swimming areas. 19. Boats are not allowed to be tied to trees along shorelines. If boats are left unattended along shoreline, they will be removed at owner’s expense. The park provides a marina to safely and securely store your boat. Please contact the Gatehouse about vacancies. 20. Boats are to be parked in boat parking areas (unhitched) or in campsites. 21. Please keep all vehicles and boats off roadways. 22. No parking on green spaces or in No Parking zones. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. 23. Please use garbage cans and recycle bins provided. 24. Absolutely no fireworks or ATVS are allowed on park property. 25. This campground has attendants supervising daily. Please report any problems to them during your stay. 26. No drinking in public places. Patrons seen with open liquor will be asked to discard the contents of their container immediately. Glass containers and bottles are not allowed in the park. 27. The Park has 24-hour video surveillance, regular security checks, and has the right to take pictures and video of patrons during surveillance. 28. The park reserves the right to refuse service or evict customers who do not follow the rules and regulations of the park and golf course. **VERBAL & PHYSICAL ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!**
