### **WILLIAMS LAKE STAMPEDE CAMPGROUND RULES **RESPECT THE PARK AND YOUR FELLOW CAMPERS**** **NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is operated by the Williams Lake Stampede Association. The Campground Managers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for loss or damage to property. Williams Lake Stampede Campground is a seasonal campground NOT A LONG TERM TRAILER PARK. ** - Grass sites are watered week nights. Please do not store chairs, etc outside. - Stock trailers are welcomed in the Rodeo center field but not in the campground. - No vehicle will impede the flow of traffic within the campground and must not exceed the site boundaries. **ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON ANY GRASSED AREAS.** - Speed Limit is 15km/hr in the campground. Visitor Parking: Along the highway bank only. “Visitor Parking” signs are posted. Vehicles must not impede traffic flow in any way. - QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm. – 8:00 am. During these times, please respect the comfort and enjoyment of other park users. Generators ARE NOT PERMITTED within the campground. - Only one RV per site. One passenger vehicle allowed per site. Visitors must park in visitor parking. Our lawns cannot stand up to a season of parking on the grass. - Clothes lines not allowed. Clothes dryers provided. - No campfires permitted in the campground. Propane powered fire pits are permitted (provided there is no fire ban). Fireworks ARE NOT PERMITTED in the campground. - Pets are to be controlled on a leash/tether AND their poop must be picked up immediately. There are complimentary doggie bags located at the shower house (closest to the men’s washroom as well as at the entrance to the campground by the “log cabin”). - No ATV’s/off-road, or unlicensed vehicles are permitted to be operated in the campground. - No horse trailers are permitted in the campground. - The Stampede Campground is governed by the Williams Lake City By-Laws falling under the mandate of a city park. As such Cannabis use is PROHIBITED – ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the campground is permitted. - tenters please place tent at least 3 meters from white fence to avoid spooking horses in Trail Riders. ****SITE CLEANLINESS**** To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, only BBQs and chairs are allowed to be stored outside. Please ensure that these items are kept in an organized and tidy manner. Any other outdoor storage is not permitted. **PET POLICY** We, at the Stampede Campground, understand that pets are an important part of the RV experience. Well-behaved pets (and their owners) are welcome here. We strive to keep the campground clean and sanitary. You are responsible for the behavior and care of your pets. The following behavior is expected: 1. Pets must be on a leash at all times outside your RV. 2. No excessive barking is permitted. 3. Pets should be walked in the grassy area across the street from the cabin-office. The tenting area beside Trail Riders and the white fence IS NOT a pet walk area. 4. Pet waste must be bagged immediately and disposed of in a regular trash bin. Failure to cleanup after your pet will result in a $25.00 cleanup fee for the first offence. If there is a second offence you and your entire party must leave the park without a refund. **FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION. The Campground Managers have full discretion in all matters.** Refunds will not be given for an eviction, early departure or inclement weather. We do not offer discounts (i.e. Senior Rates, Good Sam, etc.). No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Reservations are held until 11 am the day after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the site will be made available to other visitors. Please be considerate in the use of the buildings and grounds. Disposal bins are available throughout the campground. Garbage goes in the small blue and large green bins; glass, plastic bottles, pop and beer cans are to be deposited into the blue recycle bins. Please report anything out of the ordinary to the Campground Managers, Della and Mark at 250-398-6718 or 1-403-932-2008 and/or to the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211. For emergencies call 911.

Williams Lake Stampede Campground is the perfect place to rest, restore and stock up if you are headed to or from Alaska, out into the got-to-be-seen Chilcotin or are visiting the famous Williams Lake Stampede. We welcome short-term tenters' please call the campground office at 250-398-6718 for availability. Stock trailers are welcome in the rodeo center field but not in the campground.
