One mile from Downtown Charlevoix. A terraced mobile home park overlooking Lake Charlevoix. Four RV spaces available with water, septic ,natural gas and cable available. 50Amp electrical hookups. Back in spaces will accommodate up tp 50-foot rigs. Seasonal or year-round rentals only. No short-term rentals available. Walking or biking distance from Lake Michigan beaches, Mt McSauba Recreational area and public golf and tennis facilities
