There is an adjacent fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffeemaker, and a microwave, as well as eight bar stools surrounding the breakfast bar. There is a matching dining area with seating for up to eight people. In the other living areas, there are two more sleeper sofas and gas fireplaces, as well as a TV in one and a pool table in the other. All the spaces have white walls and an open design for a natural flow from one space to the next. Other amenities include a private indoor hot tub, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, and air conditioning. Outside, there is a deck with a barbecue grill and views of Peak 8 from the front, and dining table and chairs for up to 10 people. One block from the rental is the trail to ski lifts. This trail is also perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking at other times of the year. The rental also has close access to the main street of central Breckenridge.
