About this campground
The exclusive well-kept meadow, which is only available to a camper, is part of the property of our house (hem. Forsthaus). The parking space is over 500 sqm large and is mowed weekly. From here you have a unique view of Engen and the Hohenhewen. Since 2023 the parking space is now fixed on a length of over 30 meters and thus can be easily travelled in any season (see last photo). From our spot you can start your hike immediately for example for the ice age park Engen or climb the Hohenhewen, which forms the start of the new premium hiking path „Hegau Vulkan Tour. With the bike you can also reach the Rheinfall Schaffhausen very well by car in almost 30 minutes.

Our barbecue place at the house with swing grill can be used. The fire shell can be used separately by the Regio Express or the Seehas (Radolfzell - Engen from 19 minutes). The Rheinfall Schaffhausen can be reached with the car in about 15-20 minutes. The return path can then be easily with the Regio Express or the Seehas cut off (Radense Zell - Engen from 19 minutes). The Rhinefall Schaffhausen is very easy to reach by car in 30 minutes. Our grill. Our barbecue can be loaded with a fee can be used for access to the entrance fee.
