About this campground
Overview Nestled in the quiet village of Cononley, this family run site is 3 miles from Skipton, the gateway to the Dales. The site boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and countryside. There are footpaths leading to the river Aire, where you can take a lovely walk on the riverbank towards Skipton or in to Cononley. The campsite is 300m walk from the heart of the village. There is one pub serving meals and a Cantonese take away. There is an excellent railway service in the village with links to Skipton, Leeds, Keighley, and Settle/Carlisle. Barbecues allowed. We are pet friendly with dogs at no extra charge. Please be aware that rallies operate on adjacent field.

Nearby Attractions Supermarkets, and petrol station are 2 miles away. Swimming pools, well equipped children’s park in the village, horse riding and local walks. This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents*, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family-friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example. *Tents are not permitted on some CS sites in Scotland. 3 acres, level.
