Six Oaks Rv Park is a small private campground located in Mooresburg, Tn. Setting on beautiful Cherokee Lake with 348' of shoreline on 2, 1 acre parcels. The campground is private, gated with key pads for each gate,and fenced in for the campers privacy. There is a boat ramp,and a dock with a swing for cozy evenings.We have full service hook-ups for each with city water,electric ,and septic.The campground is just 10 minutes to Morristown,an hour to Knoxville,and an hour to Gatlinburg. Please Note: Only serious, qualified prospects should inquire. No "tire kickers" please. Both a CA and evidence of a buyer(s) ability to acquire the business at the asking price before a cash flow is provided to a lender.
