In Baveno, zu Füßen des Monte Camoscio, lädt der Campingplatz Camping Tranquilla zu unvergesslichen Tagen im Norden Italiens ein. Nur ein Spaziergang trennt die Gäste vom Stadtzentrum und dem Ufer des Sees, der zum Schwimmen und Bootfahren einlädt. Alternativ bietet die Campinganlage einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice nach Baveno an. Die Gegend rund um den See lässt sich gut im Zuge einer Wanderung oder Radtour erkunden. Unverzichtbar ist zudem eine Bootstour zu den wunderschönen Inseln des Lago Maggiore, Isola Pescatori, Isola Bella und Isola Madre. Auf dem Campingplatz gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz für die Kinder sowie den gepflegten Poolbereich mit separatem Kinderbecken
