About this campground
This is such a pretty site – tucked in a quiet glen beside an unruffled duck pond, and embraced by bluebell woods full of red squirrels, badgers and woodpeckers – that you may never want to leave this peaceful little wildlife haven… But when you do manage to drag yourself away from Ninham Country Holidays, it’s just a short ride through gorgeous countryside to the safe, sandy beaches Shanklin and Sandown Bay. The Orchard pitching area has spacious, level landscaped pitches divided by hedging and mature specimen trees. Guests have access to modern bathroom facilities, with renewable technologies such as solar water heating and rainwater harvested flushing toilets.

There's also an outdoor heated swimming pool at this park (open late May to early September, and operated on a regulated booking system). TV and games rooms are also on hand for keeping the kids busy in mid and high-season periods. A firm emphasis is placed on being nature-friendly, and all guests are expected to adhere to a strict recycling policy and the countryside code. Please note: well-behaved dogs are accepted for most of the year, but not during the school summer holidays. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on site.
