Shady Oak RV Site

I live on the property and work from home, so I am available most of the time. DIRECTIONS From HWY 19: Go east on Halls River Road, then make a left onto W Fishbowl Drive where there is also a large sign for the Homosassa Wildlife Park. You will pass by one of the entrances to the park, then go over a short bridge over the Homosassa river. The site is located behind the home located about 10 houses down on the left, the last house before Spring Cove Road. Look for a black mailbox, white fence, yellow house, black asphalt driveway, and a big shady oak tree. PARKING Follow the asphalt driveway to the slightly elevated grassy area past the driveway. The RV site includes the entire area past the driveway, behind the house, and surrounded by wooded land. There is only one way in and out. Medium or smaller rigs may be able to turn around in the site space. SITE AGREEMENT 1. Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 12:00 PM. Please ask for special accommodations. 2. This site is for RVs and vehicles only. No tent camping. 3. Park in the designated site behind the asphalt driveway. 4. There is no sewage available. Black water tanks may NOT be emptied anywhere on the property. 5. All trash waste must be contained within a trash bag and disposed of in the green trash can. 6. Please inform me if you will be bringing a pet. Visiting dogs must be on leash. Please be advised that a dog lives at the residence. 7. Quiet hours are sunset to sunrise. 8. While the laundry room is available on the back of the residence next to water hookups, please do not tamper with or attempt to access any other part of the residence. 9. Fires must be contained and monitored. Please be aware of any temporary local burn bans in effect. 10. NO parties or events. AMENITIES Electric: A standard 110 outlet is located on the outside wall of the house left of the AC unit. Electric outlet is LESS THAN 30 amps for light usage under 1800 watts. Larger rigs may not be able to run AC, space heaters, or microwaves. Water: Spigots located at the edge of the awning, where the host side yard begins. A 50 ft potable water hose is available. Trash: Please place trash bags in the green trash can. Trash is picked up Thursday mornings. Laundry: Washer and dryer units are available in the laundry room located on the back corner of the house, near the water spigot and trash can. Please be mindful to remove your laundry when a wash or dry cycle is completed.
