선재도 해변옆 수영장과 스파시설이 일품인 럭셔리 카라반 드넓은 갯벌과 바다, 대자연을 느낄 수 있는 주변 경관과 해수 온수풀을 경험할 수 있는 풀빌라 리조트 & 캠핑장이다. 천연 암반수의 청정해수를 실내수영장과 대형 실외 수영장에 사용하고 있다. 카라반 내부에 스파시설이 있으며 2인 커플 또는 4인 가족에 적합하다. 카라반 이용객의 경우 야외수영장 이용시 비용이 별도 부과되지만 에어바운서 미끄럼틀과 각종 튜브, 썬베드, 파라솔, 야외테이블 등이 제공되어 아이들과 함께 이용하기에 좋다.
