Chef Üdø is your onsite host and culinary adventurer. We will work with you to custom tailor the menu according to your tastes and preferences. Crisp, sanitized linens, soft lighting, and your own barefoot patio deck to enjoy your meal. A sunrise over The Lincoln National Forest and “Gobbler Knob” is your backdrop for morning brunch and coffee, or we also offer unforgettable Starry Night Dining experiences. All food is locally sourced when possible, made from scratch, and made-to-order onsite in our sanitary kitchen.
