About this campground
Selected as this Castels site has a prime location just outside Sarlat and has been created around an old Perigordian watermill. The services are housed in converted stone faced farm buildings and a pretty stream runs through the site. It is a terraced site laid out in woodland with the best pitches nearer the bottom of the site. The Dutreux family offer a warm welcoming atmosphere which attracts a good mixture of nationalities. The site is an ideal base for visiting all the main attractions of the Dordogne area, the castles, caves and gastronomic restaurants. In July/August an evening trip to Sarlat with its street entertainment is highly recommended.
