This cozy camping & lodge is located by the shores of beautiful lake Sandsjön near the western mountains of Swedish Lapland, more precisely in Västerbotten county. Are you longing for a relaxing family holiday with a choice of leisure activities? Do you want to unwind and charge your batteries in the stillness of vast space? Are you searching for a sleddog adventure in Swedish Lapland? Are you taking a fishing/ice fishing trip or seeking a base camp for your next adventure in Europe's last wilderness? Sandsjögården's campground houses space for about 20 vehicles with electricity (10A).

It is accessible all year-round but only operates 8 pitches during the winter half-year. Simple services are available year-round, such as showers, toilets, outhouses and waste station. During summer season there is also a dishwashing hut and dumping outlet for camping toilets and grey water. On site there is a playground for children equipped with a playing hut, climbing frame, slide, swing, large sandbox and a trampoline. Sandsjögården has three fireplaces for its guests. One is located directly at the beach, one is at the shore inbetween the lodge houses and the third one is some 50 metres off the main site, a small barbecue hut and shelter. There is also a log-fired sauna at the lakefront. Sauna availability and booking (for an extra cost) directly via Sandsjögården's reception. Our summer season with full service is from 1 June to 31 August!
