About this campground

This romantic wildlife retreat is located near Yalla National Park, Sri Lanka, and can accommodate two guests. There are a large open plan bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a luxurious full-size bed with comfortable linens. In the fresh bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. There is an onsite chef available for all dining needs, and guests can choose to dine in various places of spectacular beauty including on the beach, on the rocks, and with local villagers. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. Other amenities include air-conditioning, complimentary drinking water, Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer.

Outside, there is a spacious deck overlooking a beautiful landscape with thick bushes and native trees. Glampers can enjoy relaxing on the deck and reading about the abundant local wildlife with a book from the library collection. Facilities at this unique glamping accommodation are built to ensure glampers can enjoy a comfortable yet wild experience. There are experienced naturalists, wildlife photography experts, and expert cooks on hand to help. There are comfortable safari vehicles available for travel throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy communal areas onsite with hammocks, outdoor furniture, and the choice of dining in various situations including on a private beach, on the rocks, and with a local family in the local village. There is a small library available with a database of photographs and information on various animal and plant species. There are also a collection of wildlife books focusing on Yala National Park and Sri Lankan wildlife conservation to help raise public awareness for conservation of rare native species.
