About this campground
Motorhomes and caravans are offered unattended pitches on grass, with access to electricity, fresh water and cassette toilet emptying. The mobile home camp is open all year round, but without sanitary facilities from November to April. We rent houses on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday, and for larger groups we can offer approx. 300 overnight places divided into boarding schools and residences, Risøya is 550 acres with rocky cliffs, swimming areas, forest and camping areas. Our camp areas have capacity for approx. 2,000 people in tents / caravans / mobile homes, and we have a sand volleyball court, a disc golf course, a climbing wall (outdoors and indoors) and wonderful hiking trails for free use.
