About this campground
This park is one of seven parks in Groton State Forest. All the parks are close to one another, and some are within walking distance. When you pay for entry at one park, your pass is valid at all day use parks. Together, these parks offer many recreation opportunities and natural attractions.WelcomeRicker Pond State Park was established in the 1930s. The park is located on the western shore of Ricker Pond and next to the Montpelier–Wells Rail Trail, which is part of the Cross Vermont Trail.
