Retreat at Fern Hill

The driveway is located directly across from Breezy Point Campground. There are no check-in requirements. Bookings are non-refundable. There are no lifeguards on duty and all bookings require a swimming pond liability waiver to be signed at least 24 hours in advance - no exceptions. Please limit the amount of guests to the amount specified by your party at the time of the booking. Please contact us via email to request an amount of guests totaling over 5 individuals. We will do our best to accommodate. An outhouse is the only bathroom facility on-site. No running water - must bring your own food/beverages. A full-size freezer/fridge is on-site for your convenience. Lawn chairs, picnic tables, swim floaties, kitchenware and misc. supplies are included for your convenience. The mini-cabin includes a small air conditioning unit, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. Please Note: Only use one appliance at a time.
