Campground Rules and Regulations • Any foul and/or abusive language or threatening behavior towards our staff WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Violation of this WILL result in expulsion from the campground. • Check-in time will be 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM. If you are late leaving without prior arrangement you will be charged for an additional night. • Quiet time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • Consumption of alcohol out in the open is prohibited. Liquor is not permitted on roads, in washrooms, cook shelters, picnic sites, and other public areas. Public drunkenness and rowdiness will not be tolerated and will result in police action and immediate eviction. • Smoking is prohibited in the washroom facility and on the beach. • Campsites are only guaranteed for camping nights that are paid for. Campground fees cannot be refunded unless staff is given 4 days' notice of a cancellation. • Liquid and solid waste must be disposed of in the receptacles provided. Pouring waste water on open ground or in sump holes dug beneath trailers is prohibited. A sewer dump station is available for your use. • No children under 18 years may camp in a trailer by themselves. Parents are responsible for their children and any damages they may cause. • Only 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles must be parked on designated gravel areas or in parking spaces. All vehicles must be operable and licensed. The speed limit in the campground is 10km/hr. • Only one camper or RV and one tent OR two tents per site are allowed (maximum of 2 units per site). • Unsightly sites will not be tolerated. Please keep your site clean and free of garbage. Garbage cans are available throughout the campground for your convenience, PLEASE DO NOT LITTER. If you require a new bag because your garbage is full, please come to the Campground Office during regular office hours. There is also a dumpster on site for folks to dispose of their garbage. • Do not damage, cut, or remove trees or bushes from the campsites. Any damage done is an offence and can be charged. • Do not use fireworks, sparklers, or caps at the campsite. • Obey restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. • Build fires only in fire rings provided for that purpose. Firewood must be small enough to fit inside the fire ring. Do not put garbage in fire pits. Do not start fires with gasoline or camping fuel. Keep flammable materials away from campfires. Be sure your campfire is completely extinguished before leaving your site or going to sleep at night. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING FIRES UNDER CONTROL. • RESTON LAKE and RM OF PIPESTONE SPRAY PARK: Rules and Regulations are posted on site, please review prior to using the facilities. 12 and under are not permitted to use the facilities without adult supervision. • Reston Campground and the RM of Pipestone are not liable for any lost or stolen personal items of visitors or campers using any of the facilities during their stay or visit. If you suspect that your personal property has been stolen, please make a report to the local RCMP. If it is an emergency, please dial 9-1-1. CANCELLATIONS/ALTERATIONS: There are no refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Bookings cannot be amended within 3 days of arrival. For any changes or cancellations to this reservation within 3 days of checkin, you must contact the campground directly at [email protected] or phone 204-877-3327 “No Shows” will not be refunded under any circumstances. You can cancel your reservation and collect a full refund, less the booking fee if you cancel 4 or more days before your arrival date. If your cancellation occurs 3 days or less before your arrival date, your fees will be refunded except for the first night’s camping fee. Remember, if you don’t cancel your reservation or do not show up, all fees are forfeited. FOR YOUR SAFETY: OUR EMERGENCY PLAN DURING SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AND TORNADOS IS TO REPORT TO THE RES CENTRE 143 3rd AVE Reston if you choose.
