About this campground
Even if it is a former sports field, one has the impression of standing in a park: the place is very large, fenced by tall trees and directly by the river. The underground is an absolutely flat meadow with gravel, so that even really large campers have no problem. In just 3.9 km distance you can reach absolutely just on foot or by bike the small village Kipi with hotels and taverns. Here there are also outdoor providers of all kinds, which offer for example also guided tours in the unique Vikos Gorge. This in Europe unique gorge is 30 KM away from Kipi. If you want to take it comfortably, walk along the river towards Kipi and discover the beautiful historical bridges.

There is even a bathing place – only 350 meters away from the pitch. There are in this region very many tortoise turtles and you have to really watch when driving. The place is officially provided as a camper place from the municipality with fresh water tap.
