In the state-recognized resort of Veldenz, located in a beautiful side valley of the Middle Mosel, you will find a well-kept camper area for 40 vehicles. Surrounded by nature, on the Veldenz stream, the place offers a level underground and is green. The place has electricity connections, water supply and disposal as well as a barbecue facilities. A restaurant with outdoor terrace is located on the immediately adjacent sports field, whose sanitary facilities (2 €, restricted opening hours) can be used. In addition, nearby restaurants and ostrich farms as well as a multi-generational park with playground, fitness equipment and Boule playground can be found.

Hiking and cycling trails start directly at the camper area and offer ideal opportunities for leisure activities. Due to the central location at the Mittelmosel Veldenz is also the ideal starting point for interesting trips to Bernkastel-Kues, to the gemstone metropolis Idar-Oberstein, the Grand Herzogtum Luxembourg or to the oldest city of Germany.
