About this campground
Fjällnäs Camping & Lodges is a cozy campsite with 20 pitches and 6 accommodations. In summer it hardly gets dark here. The reindeer run simply over our camping. We are located directly on Lake Malmagen and only 8 km from the Norwegian border. We are open all year round. Our campsite is the ideal place for both rest seekers and active vacationers. Several hikes start directly from the campsite. You can also rent fat bikes, canoes and rowing boats with us. A visit to the Flatruet - Sweden's highest mountain road - and the Samian village of Mittådalen is worthwhile. In Tännäs you can be eye-catching with impressive musk oxen. Just behind the border in Norway lies the historic town of Røros, which belongs to UNESCO World Heritage.
