About this campground
Very quit, private and next to the lake! Rimforsa is located in the beautiful Kinda area which is characterized by a hilly landscape with many nice lakes, large oak trees and hills which offer stunning views. Kinda Boat Club offers from season 2024 only 4 positions for camping vehicles. So if you are looking for a nice, quiet and private place in Sweden – this is it! All 4 places are located only 15 meters from the lake. We have a kitchen with a laundry maschine, a barbeque place, shower and toilette and garbage collection, all within 40 meters from your parking place. There’s also a couple of canoes for rental. The platforms are open (non-gated) and there are ladders for swimming.

The water is very clear and nice (for being in Sweden that is, not as in the Alps) and heats up early in the season due to the bay. A supermarket, restaurants and cafes are located a 10 minute walk to Rimforsa centre. Rimforsa has also a long beach promenade and a tourist boat https://www.rederiabkind.se on which you can go from one lake to another through channels all the way up to Linkoping. Rimforsa has also a small railroad which can bring you down to the historical coast city Kalmar, well worth a visit! Electricity included (10A).
