About this campground
The parking lot is asphalted, parking spaces are available in large numbers. On a few days of the year, the parking lot "Am Werl" is also used for events such as the Schützenfest and the fairgrounds, so that the place has to be limited or blocked. The available pitches generally do not have to be reserved, the overnight stay (up to three days) is free. The infrastructure of the motorhome parking space is almost ideal. A disposal station is in operation. The outdoor swimming pool Rheda among other things with sanitary facilities borders directly on the parking lot; in the district Wiedenbrück (about 3 km away) there is another outdoor pool as well as an indoor swimming pool.

Around 200 meters away is Rheda's center with various shopping possibilities, restaurants, pubs and beer gardens. Opposite from the parking lot begins the Flora Westfalica park with games and leisure facilities, barbecue areas, cafes and restaurants.
