About this campground
On the sunny side of the Palatinate, in the middle of the Deutsche Weinstraße, lies Hambach. Lush alleys, rebenumkränztes half-timber, splashing fountains of old times, favored by a mild climate, by even fig trees ripen, there grow the well-known top wines. The Hambacher Schloß Kellerei is considered the smallest independent wine cooperative in the Palatinate with about 100 members. The offer is very varied and extends from all well-known wines of the Burgundy family to red wine specialties such as St.Laurent and Cabernet Dorsa.
