In the immediate vicinity of the town centre, the former Wasserburg with the present town hall and the Heimatmuseum, three free parking spaces for campers have been designated on the domain courtyard in November 2010. This is located directly at the city park and can be reached from the main road (B 241). Furthermore, there is only a few steps away, an ice cream parlour which has opened from spring to autumn, as well as a restaurant with lunch table. Public toilets at the town hall, open Mon.-Fr. from 7.00 - 16.30 and Sat. - Sun. from 8.00 - 16.30.
