About this campground
Knights' estate Osterholz, perhaps Germany's most beautiful manor. Experience the Knights' estate Osterholz, situated in a unique landscape, in the middle of the Elbsphere Reserve and in the Altmark. The Altmark is the cradle of Prussia. Here, in fas every small village, there is an old fortified church and, above all, a lot of groves. On the former areas of the Knights' estate Osterholz, a battle took place in the farnz./preuss. War 1806, where the Prussian troops under Field Marshal Ludwig Yorck von Wartenburg met the retreat of Blücher with the remaining Prussian troops over the Elbe and even conquered. Furthermore, there are two small legends to the estate.

But above all, we have a lot of nature to offer here. When standing up, a deer or a pheasant, in the evening, the call of Milan or the Rohrdommel is accompanied by a beautiful sleep. Also nearby is the sea eagle. Go down to the Elbe, right through the fields, in the true sense of the Elbstrand. You can enjoy peace with nature, perhaps the beautiful scenery of the village of Stbrest.
