Parkplatz an der Stadtschleuse Halle Saale

The parking lot "An der Stadtschleuse" offers 12 free parking spaces for campers, caravans, buses and trucks. 24 hours free of charge, but with no service for campers. Place is located next to the high road "Magistrale". Access is possible only via Mansfelder Straße, then Herrenstraße. To the market square about 10 min walk, next tram stop from Glauchaer Platz (approx. 2 min walk). The river Saale, the Technical Hallore and Saline Museum and entrance to the Saale cycling trail is located right at Mansfelder Straße. After the Halloren and Saline Museum, on the right side, is the town harbour (Hafenstraße) with public toilet, covered picnic place, rental of party boats "Saalekringel", boat rental "Askania", stand-up paddling, sunbathing facilities for boats ( www.hafen-halle.de, www.saale-kringel.de), 1 km from the parking lot.
