About this campground
The RV park is located on the sports island of Forchheim directly on the Regnitz cycle path (Bamberg - Forchheim - Nuremberg). Via a bridge (max. 5.5 t) the access is also possible for long mobile. The 22 parking spaces are open all year round for self-catering. The underground is flat and secured with lawn grating stones. The sanitary facilities are located directly next to the sports complex. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, restaurants, minigolf, skate park and other leisure facilities. In the historic old town it is only 10 minutes walk over the pedestrian bridge. The most beautiful sights are the "Kaiserpfalz", the parish church of St. Martin, "Little Venice with its fish boxes and the fortress system. The probably "largest beer garden of the world" is located in the cellar forest and can be reached by foot from the old town in 30 minutes.
