About this campground
Above the historic Esslinger Altstadt lies the Esslinger Burg, which offers a fantastic view of the Neckartal valley and in good weather to the Swabian Alb. Esslinger Burg has a public parking for cars, on which two RV parking spaces are available. From the castle it is only 5 minutes walk to the old town or along the Wäldenbronner Str towards St. Bernhard/Hohenkreuz to the nearest bakery/restaurant/shop. Directly at the parking lot of the castle is the bus stop "Burg" (line 110) of the public transport network.
