Regenerative Agriculture At The Onda Fertile Farm In Oria Brindisi

Private garden in Oria, in the province of Brindisi in Puglia. We are in a mountainous area in the north of Salento. We are in the countryside, 4 km from the village, on a hill overlooking Salento. Our is a project of Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture, we produce oil, vegetables, eggs and we have a small point of sale of our products and local farmers. Early in the morning we usually work in the orchard or harvesting, then we dedicate ourselves to processing the products or cooking. We also often dedicate ourselves to ecological construction works.
