About this campground
Regenbogen Ferienanlage Göttingerrode is a four-star campsite located between Goslar and Bad Harzburg on the L501, on the northern edge of the Harz Mountains. The campsite is nestled in a beautiful location at the edge of the forest, above Bad Harzburg. The terrain is partly terraced and partly a slightly sloping meadow, offering both shade and sun. The campsite is well-maintained with modern sanitary facilities, including a special baby and toddler wash and shower room, and a separate disabled room. There is a self-service shop, a restaurant, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, an outdoor pool, playgrounds, a trampoline facility, and go-karts.

For relaxation, there's a sauna oasis with five different saunas, a swimming pool, a salt grotto, relaxation rooms, and sunbeds. Gas cylinders can also be exchanged on site. A large indoor pool is just 800 meters away, and a bus stop is conveniently located right at the campsite. The campsite is divided into two areas: one with 190 touring pitches on slightly sloping terrain, and the other with 135 annual pitches laid out in terraces. All pitches are on grass along straight paths, with varying levels of vegetation and demarcation. For recreation, there's a small, circular outdoor pool open from early June to mid-September. There are also various types of go-karts, two playgrounds, and a fenced trampoline park. Adjacent to the reception is a typical German restaurant, Göttingeroder Stuben, with a large covered terrace. The campsite is open all year round, making it an ideal location for a winter sports holiday.
