Our children's play area has a sandpit, balance beam and stepping stones for our younger customers and a rope climbing frame and activity castle with firemans pole, rope bridge and swing bridge for the more adventurous children.As well as being just a few minutes' drive from Ringwood, the Red Shoot Camping Park is equally well placed for walking or riding in the New Forest, or for shopping in Bournemouth and Southampton.Please feel free to explore our web site and find out more about this beautiful part of the world, where you can make your camping or caravanning holiday a time to remember.All our pitches are on grass, 46 of which have electrical hook ups.Our newly-built shop, which is open 7 days a week, stocks fresh, frozen and canned foods, groceries, milk, bread, newspapers, camping equipment, a variety of games, toys and souvenirs, local produce, and has a license to sell wines and beers. An ice pack service is run from the shop. New to the shop for 2012 is bread baked on the premises. We are now selling freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolate, rolls, baguettes and tin loaves. They're a real treat! The modern toilet block has underfloor heating for the cooler months. It is bright and pleasant, and houses plenty of showers and toilets, hot and cold water to all wash basins, hair-drier in the ladies, and shaver points in the gents. There are also separate, newly refurbished facilities for the disabled, a family shower room with baby change facilities and a chemical toilet disposal point. Constant attention is paid by the owners to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.The laundry provides automatic washing machines and tumble driers. Ironing and baby bathing facilities are available. The laundry room is where you will find a wide range of information on local attractions and activities to help you make the most of your time at the Red Shoot. An undercover area is provided with hot water at sinks and drainers for dish-washing.
