About this campground
A quiet car park next to the station on a small side road with hardly any traffic.During the day, a passenger train passes by every two hours. The site is directly on the Danube cycle path. Staying overnight is no problem, diagonally opposite you can eat in the station restaurant from 11 am or sit in the beer garden. The church and the tower of the castle ruins can be reached via stairs or a steep footpath in 20 minutes if you want to enjoy the view of the Danube. About 600m west of the village, the Braunsel, a 1km long tributary and nature reserve, flows into the Danube. Beautiful walk next to the river.
