Ravens Retreat Hocking Hills

The main driveway has signs on ether side of it reading "Raven's Retreat." Turn down the driveway and follow it about a quarter of a mile and you will arrive at the site. There are two parking spots available on the left hand side. When turning your vehicle around please follow the driveway to the end and it will loop around. You will be provided an access code to enter the door prior to your arrival Please SEE BELOW RULES ● Check-in 3:00pm or anytime after, Check-out 11am ● All guests must be listed on reservation, unlisted guests, or guests exceeding maximum cabin occupancy will be charged $100/night. ● Minimum rental age is 21. Copy of government-issued photo ID required. ● No parties or events unless agreed upon in advance with the host (we will be accomodating, if able). ● Check-out - 11:00am ● Kitchen - Dishes, countertops, stovetop and refrigerator should be clean upon checkout. Remove all perishable, personal food items. Additional cleaning required will be charged at $50/hr. ● Garbage - Please bag all trash. Alert hosts when trash is ready for pickup or keep it indoors within your space. We will grab it after you leave. No matter what, DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTDOORS. ● There is NO smoking permitted within any building on the property. Any sign of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not litter cigarrette butts. ● No firearms or fireworks permitted anywhere on the property. ● Well-behaved animal companions are only permitted to stay at the primitive (tent) camping sites. Domestic animals are not allowed to freely roam the property. They may, however, accompany you on leash, be anchored to the "Tangle Free Tie-Outs," provided at each site, or some other method of, guest provided, restraint/confinement. This is very important to protect the wildlife and your furry friends from possible attacks. ● Fires must be attended by an adult at all times and fully extinguished before leaving the area. Registered guest assumes all responsibility and liability of fires in fireplaces and fire pits. Fires outside designated areas not permitted at any time. In extreme weather conditions, outdoor fires may be prohibited. ● Missing items are a $30 mimimum additional charge such as towels or robes. ● Quiet hours 9:00pm to 8:00am. ● This property contains exterior security cameras. ● Leave No Trace Ethics - please leave the natural surroundings as you found them, which includes staying on marked trails, not removing any items from their original environment, collecting and properly disposing of all trash, cleaning up after your dog, respecting the trees, wildlife and other guests. ● Amenities such as appliances, entertainment systems, and hot tubs may occasionally require maintenance. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please notify us immediately and we will work to resolve them as soon as possible. Availability of these items is not guaranteed and no rental concession or refunds will be given for time without these items. ● The reservation is subject to immediate and non-refundable cancellation if guests become disruptive, unruly, or unregistered guests are on the property. ● There are inherent risks of staying in a natural setting, including falling from a height, limbs/trees falling on the house or deck area, animals, insects, etc. These are risks that cannot be eliminated without changing the essential nature of the experience. All guests are responsible for their own actions during the course of their stay and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Raven's Retreat LLC, the property owners, agents and employees for damages or injuries to persons, their minor children, pets or property by reason of any cause either in or around the premises. ● The registered guest assumes sole responsibility for any damage caused to the property. Raven's Retreat LLC reserves the right to charge the registered guest for any damage to the premises or excessive cleaning ($50/hour) necessary resulting from your stay.
