Quail Run at Pate's Creek

The road to the property will narrow into one lane, and you'll head down and turn left onto Quail Run RD. The entrance to our property is the (only) driveway to the right, across from the neighbor's gated entrance. The lock code is 5807. It's just a chain across the driveway, so just place it to the side while you're there and replace it when you leave. To unlock, enter the code and squeeze the lock a bit. To lock back, make sure the code is still on 5807, squeeze to lock, then change the number while squeezed. There's a fire pit and a camping toilet/sink/solar light on the north side of the clearing, down a short trail. Feel free to explore and walk down the trail to get to a large 200+ year old oak tree. If you turn left after the big tree, there's a small trail through the woods that will take you to the large creek. Feel free to camp in the field/parking area, or down by the creek. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple miles and a Dollar General at the top of the road if you forget or need anything.
