**Booking & Check-In** Full payment required at booking. Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 10 AM Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – No exceptions. **Vehicles** Max 2 vehicles per site. **Fires & Safety** Fires allowed only in fire pits with clean firewood. No burning brush, trash, or debris. Fire bans will be posted. No fireworks or trampolines. **Vehicles & Golf Carts** No joyriding with ATVs or motorbikes. All vehicles must be licensed and operated by a licensed driver. Golf carts allowed – must be driven safely. Misuse = loss of privilege. **Cleanliness & Waste** Garbage and recycling must go in designated bins. No dumping compost or trash at your site – ask staff for compost info. Keep your site neat and tidy at all times. **Pets** Pets are welcome! Must be leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after. **Liability** Campground is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or theft. Campers must carry their own insurance. **General Rules** No tree removal – contact office if you have safety concerns. Management may remove any disruptive or unsafe guests without notice or refund. Rules may be updated – we’ll let you know of any changes.
