About this campground
We can offer you a small but fine meadow, behind our beautiful half-timbered house, embedded in the quiet Selke Valley. Our property is located in the middle of the landscape reserve Harz. The town is a 600-soul village and quiet. Our cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest and yet central, in front of the house runs the L242. Behind the house flows the Selke and near us there is a small railway station and invites you to ride with the Selke Valley Railway. Here is also the entrance to many hiking trails from Quedlinburg to the Brocken. To the bathing place at the mountain lake it is also only a few 100 meters far.

Here there is also a super ice cream parlour and a restaurant in the "Harzhotel". The area is not very large, but offers enough space for tent, car with roof tent and smaller camping vans. With us you are only user of the meadow. Double occupancy is not available. On request we can provide electricity and drinking water for a small fee. For a cozy breakfast in the garden, garden furniture is available on request. Currently the interior of our house is in extensive renovation works, and for a limited use of the rest of the toilet and shower.
