Pilot Knoll Park is a city-run campground, day-use area and boat ramp on Lake Lewisville in Highland Village, Texas. The campground area is covered in oak trees, is very pretty and well maintained. It's not a huge campground, covering the end of one small peninsula, and when you're driving in it looks crowded but they've done a great job maximizing the layout. When you're in your spot there is plenty of room, especially if you're in one of the many shorefront spots.
