This cottage has direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee, and guests have the use of boat docks (a fee applies for boat slips) and Adirondack chairs. There is also an outdoor stone fireplace, which makes a great spot for roasting hot dogs and s'mores by the lakefront. The property has docks for guests who wish to bring their boat for an additional fee. There is on-site swimming and picnicking, as well as a shuffleboard court, a ping-pong table, a stone fireplace, and Adirondack chairs along the lakefront. The property loans snowshoes, gaiters, and trail maps in the winter. Trails can be accessed right from the property.
