About this space

It is a large parking place next to the beach/sea. Between the parking area and the beach is a road. The guard was asking for money. Next to this area there are many other parking areas. One of them is maybe without paying (without a guard) and the other one is more expensive. Near to this place are restaurants and a soccer area.
