FEATURES A HOT TUB! FIREWOOD PROVIDED! Please note that a maximum of two dogs is allowed. Please reach out to Guest Services prior to bringing your pet. A fee of $100 + tax will be applied to your reservation if approved. Allow yourself to drift off and relax as you settle in here, a beautiful tiny home situated in a private lot in the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls. It is hidden deep in the trees and comes with a private porch and fenced in yard. The large private fenced in area comes with a fire pit with chairs and grill. This home also has it's own private trail to the main trail. It is a gated tiny home community in southeast Tennessee.

The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee. It is also a short drive from Nashville, Chattanooga, and a couple hours from Atlanta. Located atop Monteagle Mountain halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Monteagle is the gateway to the outdoor adventure within South Cumberland State Park ( 3 minutes away). Monteagle is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today. The community is equipped with fire pits, hammock, walking trails, water falls, playground, camp like setting with all the amenities. W/D, kitchen, bunk beds, loft, private bath, cozy fireplace and private master bedroom. Tons to do: Hiking, golf, green trails and mountain biking all in the surrounding area. We are devoted to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests with a touch of distinctly, local hospitality.
